Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the primary point of contact for clients seeking assistance with their banking transactions, inquiries, and trouble resolutions. Your exceptional communication skills, ability to handle sensitive situations, and willingness to go above and beyond will make you a vital link between our clients and their customers. You'll work closely with our team to provide seamless and high-quality customer experiences, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

* Customer Support: Handle incoming calls from customers regarding diverse card services and deposit-associated queries, including but not limited to credit/debit card troubles, account balances, fund transfers, test deposits, and transaction disputes.

  • Problem Resolution: Identify and address clients' worries, complaints, or issues in a professional and empathetic manner, taking vital steps to resolve them and ensuring a wonderful customer experience.
  • Account Management: Update customer account facts, system transactions, and perform account maintenance activities as required.
  • Product Knowledge: Expand a deep understanding of arenaflex's card services and deposit products, terms, conditions, and guidelines to provide accurate and reliable information to clients.
  • Compliance: Adhere to banking policies, security protocols, and information security guidelines while managing client data and transactions.
  • Communication: Speak effectively with customers to collect essential information, explain procedures, and set clear expectations for issue resolution and follow-up.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries in the contact center's database.
  • Continuous Development: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, banking policies, and internal strategies to enhance job knowledge and deliver superior service.
  • Overall Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed individual and group-based performance objectives, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and first-call resolution rates.

What You'll Bring

* Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or applicable certifications in finance, banking, or customer service are a plus.

  • Experience: Tested experience in a contact center or customer support environment, ideally in the banking or financial industry.
  • Verbal Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with a customer-centric approach to handle interactions professionally and civilly.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential records securely.
  • Familiarity with Banking Products: Familiarity with banking products, processes, and policies.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in the use of computer systems, databases, and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Multitasking Skills: Strong multitasking skills to manage simultaneous calls, inquiries, and responsibilities efficiently.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
