What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in advocating for our healthcare providers by demonstrating accountability and ownership to resolve issues. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing support to healthcare professionals via phone and chat, addressing inquiries on benefits, eligibility, billing, and clinical authorizations
  • Researching and resolving complex prior authorization and claim issues to prevent repeat calls and provider dissatisfaction
  • Collaborating with internal partners to ensure timely communication and resolution of provider issues
  • Navigating multiple systems efficiently to extract necessary information for issue resolution
  • Serving as a liaison between healthcare providers and arenaflex, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of issues

What is Required (Qualifications)

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 1+ years of customer service experience with strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in computer and Windows PC applications, with the ability to learn new systems
  • Ability to type at a speed of 35-40+ WPM with 90% accuracy

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

While not required, having the following qualifications will make you a strong candidate:

  • Prior healthcare experience and familiarity with healthcare terminology
  • Experience in a call center or customer service environment using phones and computers as primary tools
