Our Amazon Locker+ retail locations are strategically placed to make it easy for customers to pick up and return their packages, and we're looking for talented individuals like you to join our team. As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing packages for delivery. You'll also be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch customer service and resolving any issues that may arise.
Duties & Responsibilities
Some of your key duties and responsibilities will include:
- Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing packages for delivery
- Assisting customers with questions and concerns, providing solutions to their problems
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards
- Managing responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing the site
- Using technology like smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders
- Receiving truck deliveries and ensuring that packages are accurately processed

Our Amazon Locker+ locations are designed to provide a safe and comfortable working environment for our associates. You'll be working behind a counter, interacting with customers, and sorting packages. Depending on the location, you may be working in a Whole Foods Market, a freestanding location, a partner retailer, or even in the lobby of a warehouse. Our locations are climate-controlled, with minimal noise levels, and a relaxed dress code.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- Be 18 years or older
- Have the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines in English
- Be able to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Be able to stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Be available to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week
