Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from members and providers, providing accurate and timely information, and resolving issues in a professional and empathetic manner. You will be trained on our state-of-the-art Avaya system and will work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changes quickly and providing exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Receive and respond to inbound calls from members and providers, providing accurate and timely information on claims status, eligibility, and benefit information

  • Utilize proficient computer skills to navigate our systems and resolve issues efficiently
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changes quickly and providing exceptional service to our customers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with members and providers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide solutions
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

Essential Qualifications

* 1-3 years of experience in customer service or call center environment

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and control conversations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changes quickly
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide solutions
  • Bilingual Spanish speaking candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply

Preferred Qualifications

* Health insurance call center experience

  • Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare industry and regulations
  • Experience with Avaya system or similar technology
