Key Responsibilities

As a Digital Devices and Alexa Support Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
• Researching and resolving technical issues related to arenaflex's digital services and devices
• Analyzing and troubleshooting issues in real-time using a variety of tools
• Communicating effectively with customers to provide excellent technical support
• Escalating issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution
• Working variable hours to match customer demand, including day and late shifts
• Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and quality standards

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Minimum age: 18 years old
• Right to work in Colombia
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (both written and oral fluency) with an English level of 85% or above
• Proficient computer skills
• Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 6:00 am to 10:00 pm
• Quiet, distraction-free workspace with a dedicated office space, desk, and chair
• High-Speed Internet (10 MGB download / 3MBG upload or better broadband connection speed using a hard-wire Ethernet internet connection (no WIFI)
