Responsibilities and Duties

As an Administrative Assistant / Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Creating spreadsheets to track important information and sales, using your analytical skills to identify trends and patterns
  • Maintaining our database by entering new and updated account information, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Following data program techniques and procedures to maintain data entry requirements, and verifying entered account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data
  • Providing occasional administrative support, such as preparing documents, making phone calls, and responding to emails
  • Assisting with special projects that require large amounts of data entry, using your problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and meet deadlines
  • Performing data entry in EMR, preparing information for data entry, and performing entry-level support for the data entry function
  • Entering data on computers, performing data entry of credits, and providing entry-level administrative support to the data entry function
  • Completing clerical functions or data entry tasks, such as typing, faxing, and deleting data entry errors and entering corrections
  • Maintaining data entry requirements by following data program techniques, and training new data entry employees on computer systems
  • Ensuring timely data entry and file management, operating data entry devices to perform a variety of keypunching data entry and verification duties
  • Reviewing and verifying data prior to entry, and performing daily audits and data entry corrections

Key Responsibilities

* Perform high-volume data entry work, using your typing skills to enter data quickly and accurately

  • Prepare information for data entry, and perform entry-level support for the data entry function
  • Perform data entry on computers, and enter data into application and work with dealers to ensure data entry is accurate and up-to-date
  • Train new data entry employees on computer systems, and perform routine clerical and data entry functions
  • Ensure timely data entry and file management, and operate data entry devices to perform a variety of keypunching data entry and verification duties

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

* Organization skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends and patterns in data
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create spreadsheets and perform data analysis
  • Experience in data entry (1+ years), with the ability to enter data quickly and accurately
  • Basic PC skills, with the ability to use software applications and operate data entry devices
  • Internet connection, with the ability to access online resources and communicate with team members
  • Basic English written and spoken language, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients
  • Must be a resident of the US, with the ability to work in a remote environment
