Data Entry Specialist
Pay:
$18.00 per hour
Location:
South Scottsdale, AZ (Hybrid after training | 1 day onsite per week until fully trained)
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 7 am - 4 pm or 8 am - 5 pm
Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Gathering and accurately entering data from various websites into designated platforms
- Communicating with vendors via email or phone to resolve any data discrepancies, requiring basic customer service skills
- Participating in status update calls and handling ad hoc information requests as needed
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data management processes
- Identifying and resolving data discrepancies, and implementing process improvements to enhance data accuracy
Ideal Candidate
We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with:
- 2+ years of experience managing relationships across multiple departments
- Proficiency in email communication, phone interactions, and basic customer service
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Experience in vendor management or multi-departmental customer service
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks
Onboarding Requirements
To ensure a smooth onboarding process, we require:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screening
- Two verifiable employment references
