We are looking for individuals who are friendly, helpful, and have a willingness to learn. This is an entry-level position, and full training is provided. Responsibilities

* Responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally

• Providing accurate and helpful information to customers
• Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team member or department

Requirements

* Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet with a stable and reliable internet connection

Compensation and Benefits
