Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist who can provide exceptional customer support and help our subscribers with their queries and concerns. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for handling customer calls, resolving issues, and providing accurate and timely information to our subscribers. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and data, and ensuring that our customer database is up-to-date and accurate.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer calls and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate and timely information to our subscribers
  • Maintain accurate records and data, and ensure that our customer database is up-to-date and accurate
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, and be able to communicate this knowledge to our subscribers
  • Identify and escalate complex customer issues to senior team members for resolution
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency

Essential Qualifications

* 4+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the entertainment or media industry

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and data
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center or customer-facing environment

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and data entry systems
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
  • Ability to speak multiple languages, preferably including English, Spanish, and/or Mandarin
