Job Summary:

The Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering patient data, prescriptions, and other relevant information into our electronic health records system. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be a team player who is committed to providing exceptional patient care and services.

Key Responsibilities:

* Accurately and efficiently enter patient data, prescriptions, and other relevant information into our electronic health records system

  • Verify the accuracy of patient data and resolve any discrepancies or errors
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines when handling patient information
  • Perform data entry tasks in a timely and efficient manner, meeting productivity and quality standards
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless data management processes
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and arenaflex's data management systems
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions, including phone calls, emails, and in-person visits

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare, business, computer science)

  • Current licensure as a pharmacist in the state(s) where you will be working
  • Experience performing data entry tasks in a healthcare setting
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in electronic health records systems and data management software
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines

Preferred Qualifications:

* At least 2 years of experience as a pharmacist in a retail setting, including prescription filling and verification, records and legal compliance, pharmacy operations, pharmacy software and technology systems, and insurance

  • Experience working with electronic health records systems and data management software
  • Certification as an immunizer or ability to become certified within 90 days of hire
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service to patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders
