The Role

As an Account Manager, you'll play a critical role in driving the growth of our 3P market in the USA. You'll be responsible for acquiring, developing, and managing high-value debts that cozy new products, fee pricing, and comfort to our customers. Specifically, you'll be tasked with:

  • Developing a thorough knowledge of the marketplace segment, seasonality, and worldwide developments/activities, and monitoring competitor efforts.
  • Identifying, prospecting, and obtaining high-potential sellers to our platform via direct sales visits, events, and presentations.
  • Guiding sellers through sharing best-practices of online selling, including statistics-driven insights that help sellers achieve high requirements of delivery, customer satisfaction, and business objectives.
  • Collaborating with and influencing internal and external stakeholders to recognize and resolve vendor problems.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute GTM strategies to attract key marketplace players to join the e-commerce platform and maximize our products' selection facet and customer base.

  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow the 3P market in the USA.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers, vendors, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new sellers and grow existing relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve vendor problems and drive business growth.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree required.

  • 1-3 years of sales experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, preferably in e-commerce, retail, FMCG, or a related industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed sales objectives using a consultative and solutions-focused approach.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and be enthusiastic about success and winning.
  • Commercial acumen with strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Advanced analytical skills and quantitative abilities, with the ability to work with complex data and drive business decisions.
  • Ability to think critically and lead in a high-energy, fast-paced environment, with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently.

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of e-commerce experience is a plus.

  • 3+ years of experience in the consumer electronics industry is a plus.
  • 3+ years of direct sales experience is a plus.
