The Role

As a Part-Time Marketing Analyst on our Customer Growth Site Marketing team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and customer engagement through innovative marketing strategies and campaigns. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Tech, Brand, Marketing Execution, Product, Legal/Compliance, Finance, Operations, and Talent teams, to deliver results for our Card Members and the business.

Key Responsibilities

* Support the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns to drive customer growth and engagement across our website, paid, MYCA, email, and direct mail marketing channels

• Analyze customer behavior and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and develop data-driven insights to inform marketing decisions
• Collaborate with our cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and paid advertising
• Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and reports to track campaign performance and customer engagement metrics
• Identify and prioritize opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and customer growth

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proven track record of driving business growth and customer engagement through innovative marketing strategies and campaigns
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop insights to inform marketing decisions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

• 4+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience with marketing automation platforms, such as Marketo or Pardot
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Certification in marketing or a related field, such as Google Analytics or HubSpot
