Job Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls to respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

Schedule and Hours
As a flexible work-from-home customer service representative, you will have the opportunity to work a variety of schedules, including:

- Call Center Hours: Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, with rotating every other Saturday from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm
