As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our business leaders in making informed, data-driven decisions that drive growth and profitability.

Work Synopsis

Our team utilizes data, statistical modeling, experimentation frameworks, and various tools to help our business clients make informed, data-driven choices. We aim to better understand pack patterns, supporters, and customer behavior end-to-end by offering support across experimentation, analysis, and comprehensive reporting. In this role, the Full Stack Data Analyst will work closely with Marketing, Product, Data Science, Data Operations, and other teams to not only provide high-visibility insights on pack development but also become a trusted thought partner to our colleagues, assisting with process improvement. We are looking for someone who has a passion for using large datasets to tackle complex business problems!

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate closely with business leaders to identify the most pressing business challenges on pack patterns and drivers and develop insightful solutions to address these questions

• Help create a continuous experiences pipeline, ensuring that all colleagues have a steady stream of pack intel
• Perform comprehensive pattern analyses, assessing the contributions of drivers from every conceivable angle
• Define and investigate audience segments to drive pack development
• Work with other analysis teams to understand and leverage all relevant pack data from various sources, combining insights into a cohesive, meaningful story
• Develop and maintain complex data models, statistical analyses, and data visualizations to support business decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth

Essential Capabilities

* Bachelor's degree in Data Analysis, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field of study, along with equivalent work experience

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on analytical work experience with R/Python/SAS (or another statistical analysis tool) and SQL
• Knowledge of statistical modeling, AI, and other quantitative methodologies, including but not limited to linear and logistic regression, hypothesis testing, data preparation for modeling, and segmentation techniques
• Skill in managing large datasets, interpreting data patterns, and utilizing numerous other data sources and tools
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, etc.
• Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to apply business acumen to data analysis and recommendations
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to tell a story with data and to organize findings into actionable proposals
• Ability to think critically, analyze and interpret market and customer data
• Familiarity with designing, executing, and analyzing complex A/B/MVT test builds

Preferred Capabilities

* Experience in the streaming media industry or other membership-based services

• Experience working with Marketing teams or in the Marketing space
