Responsibilities
As a Part-time Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about products and services, and narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments.
- Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of the ever-evolving products and services, ensuring that you are up-to-date on the latest offerings and features.
- Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review.
- Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, and resolving issues in a fair and efficient way.
- Working collaboratively with our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive success.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry, although not necessary, is preferred.
- The ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred.
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change.
- A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be able to attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 10:00am-6:30pm CST.
- Be able to work 5-hour time blocks daily after completing training.
- Meet the typing speed requirement of at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred.
- Possess a positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Be able to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment.
- Have gaming experience, although not required, is preferred.
