Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Representative, your responsibilities will include:
- Handling and carefully responding to all customer inquiries
- Providing excellent customer service through active listening
- Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively
- Aiming to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive
- Appropriately communicating with customers, including providing video support when needed
Qualifications
We're looking for fearless people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Logical problem-solving skills
- Availability to work various shifts
- Ability to handle heavy incoming call volume
- Ability to use Windows operating systems
- Ability to type 25 wpm
- Over 18 years of age
- High School Graduate or GED
- Predictable and reliable attendance
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, we prefer candidates with:
- 6-12 months of customer service experience
- Consistent work history
- Proven oral and written communication skills
- Some technical background
Work from Home Requirements
To work from home, you'll need to provide a personal device (desktop, laptop, or tablet) with Windows 10 or later, a wired Ethernet LAN connection, and an internet connection that meets our minimum requirements. Your workspace must be clean and quiet, and you'll need to provide proof of internet speed.
Internet Connection Requirements
To ensure a stable and secure connection, your internet service provider must meet the following requirements:
- Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 12.0 Mbps
- Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 3.0 Mbps
- No packet loss and ping under 50ms
