Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with new and existing policyholders, resulting in increased levels of retention through proactive and reactive communication.
- Proactively contacting policyholders to provide updates and needed actions on accounts, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
- Reaching out to customers who are in cancellation status, following up on terminated policies to collect payments, and addressing NSF and late payment issues.
- Analyzing customer needs and providing tailored solutions or recommendations to meet their unique requirements.
- Conducting outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide updates on their requests, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Collaborating with other team members to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.

Qualifications
