Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Online Customer Chat Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our support services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels, including online chat, email, and phone.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide excellent customer service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries: Ensure that customer inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately.
  • Solve customer problems and resolve issues: Utilize your problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and issues.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services: Identify opportunities to offer additional products and services to customers.
  • Track and report customer interactions: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide regular reports to management.

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills: Strong communication skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Proficiency in computer skills (MS Office, PLM, SAP basis): Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office, PLM, and SAP basis, is required.
  • Experience in customer support: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer support is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team: Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field: A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or communications, is preferred.

  • Experience in a similar role: Experience in a similar role, such as a customer service representative or support specialist, is preferred.
