Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Customer Care Specialist to join our remote team. As a key representative of arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing personalized support to our families and partners via various communication channels. Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining strong, trusting relationships with families and business partners
  • Providing personalized support via chat, email, social media, and phone
  • Handling and resolving family concerns using critical thinking and de-escalation techniques
  • Logging and documenting all interactions in the internal system
  • Collaborating with colleagues and escalating issues when necessary
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and attendance requirements

Desired Skills & Experience

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent customer service skills with a self-motivated attitude
  • Previous remote call center experience is a plus
  • Ability to work in a focused, distraction-free environment with a reliable internet connection
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Basic data entry and billing experience are beneficial
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience via phone and email
  • High School diploma required; an associate degree is a plus
