As an Associate Level Web Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with customers via web chat to provide product information, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Utilizing critical thinking skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Collaborating with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
• Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
