Job Overview

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, processing customer orders, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. You will work in a fast-paced retail setting, interacting with customers, resolving issues, and ensuring that every customer leaves our location with a smile on their face. Key Responsibilities

* Receive, pick, and stow customer orders, process returns, and prepare for delivery

• Assist customers with questions they may have, providing solutions to their problems
• Work through problem-solving scenarios for customers, ensuring that every issue is resolved to their satisfaction
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to all safety guidelines and regulations
• Manage responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing the site
• Use technology like smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders
• Receive truck deliveries and ensure that all packages are properly processed and stored

Requirements

* Candidates must be 18 years or older with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines in English

• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
• Ability to go up and down stairs (where applicable)
• Availability to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m. with schedules varying week to week
