Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with new and existing policyholders, resulting in increased levels of retention through proactive and reactive communication.
  • Proactively contacting policyholders to provide updates and needed actions on accounts, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Reaching out to customers who are in cancellation status, following up on terminated policies to collect payments, and addressing NSF and late payment issues.
  • Analyzing customer needs and providing personalized solutions or recommendations to meet their evolving needs.
  • Conducting outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide updates on their requests, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and compliance.

Essential Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • An active Property & Casualty (P&C) license for the State of Georgia.
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field, preferably in the insurance industry.
