Job Summary:

As a Remote Sales Chat Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a crucial role in advertising and selling our secondhand shipping containers to customers across the United States. You'll engage with customers via chat, encouraging them to place an order and closing sales directly on the chat. With our cutting-edge software and comprehensive training program, you'll have everything you need to succeed in this exciting role.

Key Responsibilities:

* Advertise and sell secondhand shipping containers to customers via chat

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Close sales directly on the chat and send invoices using our company's system
  • Assign leads to sales managers for follow-up via phone calls
  • Participate in daily training sessions to improve sales skills and product knowledge
