The Opportunity

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintaining a positive customer experience by providing prompt, accurate, and helpful assistance.
  • Documenting customer interactions and transactions, detailing the inquiry, the action taken, and any follow-up needed.

* First Response Time (FRT): Respond to customer inquiries within 30 seconds.

  • Resolution Rate: Resolve customer issues within 2 hours.
  • Customer Satisfaction (CSAT): Achieve a CSAT score of 90% or higher.
  • Quality of Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of customer interactions.

* A High School diploma or equivalent.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Capability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with live chat software.
