Key Responsibilities

As a Homeowner Services Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to homeowners across various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
• Resolving complex problems and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Multitasking across different communication platforms to ensure seamless service delivery
• Collaborating with internal teams to provide support and solutions to homeowners
• Meeting and exceeding performance metrics and targets

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

• 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced call center environment or similar customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
