Position Overview

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, interacting with clients via phone, email, and chat. You will be responsible for resolving complex customer issues, providing product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your exceptional communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide product information, answer questions, and address concerns

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software

* Experience in a healthcare or insurance industry

  • Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance policies
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
