Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers via email and live chat to resolve their inquiries and issues. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries via email and live chat, providing accurate, valid, and complete information using the Knowledge Base provided.
- Resolving customer complaints and escalating issues as needed, ensuring that customers receive the support they need to succeed.
- Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Following up on customer interactions to ensure their satisfaction, providing a seamless and personalized experience.
- Achieving and maintaining established performance metrics, meeting or exceeding targets for customer satisfaction and resolution rates.
- Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues, ensuring that customers receive comprehensive support.
Requirements
