Job Responsibilities

As a Senior Data Scientist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing advanced analytics and machine learning solutions that drive business growth, improve customer experiences, and enhance operational efficiency. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping us:

• Build and deploy complex models: Utilize technical expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data science to develop and deploy predictive models that drive business outcomes.
• Analyze and interpret large datasets: Apply advanced statistical techniques to extract insights from massive datasets, identifying trends, patterns, and correlations that inform business decisions.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines: Design and implement data pipelines that integrate with various data sources, ensuring seamless data flow and enabling data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with finance, research, software development, and business leaders to define product requirements and provide analytical support.
• Communicate complex insights: Effectively communicate technical findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that insights are actionable and impactful.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field: A minimum of 4 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 7 years of experience in a related field.

• Advanced degree in a STEM field: A master's degree in a STEM field, such as computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field.
• Experience with large-scale datasets: At least 4 years of experience working with massive datasets to develop and optimize machine learning models.
• Programming skills: Advanced proficiency in programming languages such as Python, PySpark, Matplotlib, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
• Cloud computing experience: Experience with cloud computing platforms such as Azure/Databricks and cloud-based data storage solutions like Snowflake.

Preferred Qualifications

* Ph.D. in a STEM field: A Ph.D. in a STEM field, such as computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field.

• Experience with IoT and Edge AI: Experience working with Internet of Things (IoT) and Edge AI technologies.
• Reinforcement learning experience: Experience with reinforcement learning techniques and algorithms.
• Healthcare experience: Experience working in the healthcare industry, with a focus on data science and analytics.

Skills and Competencies

* Advanced statistical knowledge: Strong understanding of statistical concepts, including probability, regression, and hypothesis testing.

• Machine learning expertise: Experience with supervised and unsupervised machine learning techniques, including linear and logistic regression, decision trees, and clustering algorithms.
• Cloud computing skills: Experience with cloud-based data storage solutions, data pipelines, and machine learning platforms.
• Communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaboration skills: Experience working with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and provide analytical support.
