The Role
As a Social Media Chat Sales Professional, you'll be responsible for starting authentic conversations with potential customers on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms. Your primary goal will be to sell coaching programs to our clients, working closely with our highly skilled client success team to achieve this objective.
Key Responsibilities
* Start new conversations with potential customers on social media platforms (2 hours/day)
- Follow up with leads and respond to inquiries (2 hours/day)
- Grow your social media presence and engage with your audience (2 hours/day)
- Close sales and meet revenue targets (1.5 hours/day)
- Manage and communicate with your team, including daily tasks and updates (30 minutes/day)
Requirements
* Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English
- Full-time availability (8 hours/day, 2 hours on weekends)
- Stable internet connection and a fully working desktop/laptop and smartphone
- Located in any country in Latin America or Brazil
- High interest and commitment to learning, making money, working with trial and error, and being challenged daily
No previous experience is required
, but you must be 100% confident in your English skills. We're looking for individuals who are passionate about sales, problem-solving, and leadership development.

Our compensation package includes:
- Fixed payment plus opportunities to grow according to performance and development:
+ Training Stage: $150-$300 + Average Performance Level: $600-$1,200/month + Good Performance Level: $1,200-$2,000/month + Excellent Performance Level: $2,000-$3,000+/month
