Responsibilities
As an Associate Level Live Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Engaging with customers in real-time through live chat to provide support, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilizing innovative strategies to enhance the customer experience and drive customer satisfaction
- Demonstrating emotional intelligence to effectively communicate with customers and de-escalate challenging situations
- Collaborating with the customer service team to provide seamless support across all channels
- Meeting and exceeding performance metrics related to response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
- Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree preferred
