Responsibilities

As an Associate Level Live Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Engaging with customers in real-time through live chat to provide support, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing innovative strategies to enhance the customer experience and drive customer satisfaction
  • Demonstrating emotional intelligence to effectively communicate with customers and de-escalate challenging situations
  • Collaborating with the customer service team to provide seamless support across all channels
  • Meeting and exceeding performance metrics related to response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
  • Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
  • Contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment by actively participating in team meetings and training sessions

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

* Response time: 90% of chats responded to within 2 minutes

  • Resolution rate: 80% of issues resolved on the first contact
  • Customer satisfaction: 90% of customers rate their experience as excellent or good

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience with live chat platforms and CRM systems
  • Motivated and hardworking personality traits
  • Demonstrated innovation and emotional intelligence
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment
  • Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a financial services industry

  • Familiarity with arenaflex products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Proficiency in multiple languages
