Essential Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Inbound and outbound calls: Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients and customers.

Qualifications

To succeed as a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Moderate to advanced computer skills: Proficiency in using computers, software applications, and online tools.
  • High level of comfort learning new technology: Ability to quickly adapt to new systems and processes.
  • High level of professionalism: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.

Preferred Experience

While not required, previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, as well as experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance or the Affordable Care Act, are highly valued. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is also a plus.
