Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Prompt and Effective Communication: Responding to customer queries via live chat, email, video, phone, and social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
  • Issue Resolution: Escalating serious complaints or issues that require specialized attention and collaborating with colleagues or managers to find effective solutions.
  • Problem Identification: Identifying common problems and escalating them to management, along with suggestions for improvement, to enhance our products and services.
  • Customer Feedback: Obtaining and sharing customer feedback with colleagues and other departments to drive continuous improvement.
  • Product Knowledge: Familiarizing yourself with new products and services as they are introduced and staying up-to-date on existing offerings.
  • Training and Development: Providing training to new customer service agents and participating in workshops and meetings as required.
  • Confidentiality: Respecting client confidentiality at all times and maintaining a professional demeanor.

Requirements

To succeed as a Live Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while a Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field may be advantageous.
  • Help Desk and CRM Experience: Practical experience with help desk software, such as Zendesk, and CRM software, such as Salesforce Sales Cloud, is preferred.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role is highly desirable.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to respond appropriately under pressure, exercise sound judgment, and think critically.
  • Language Skills: The ability to speak a second language may be advantageous.
  • Positive Attitude and Relationship-Building: A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Flexibility: The flexibility to work irregular hours, when required.
