Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers and service providers, providing exceptional support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll work as part of a fully remote team, utilizing technology to communicate, train, and meet with your colleagues. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, text, and web chat, providing thoughtful and professional responses that address all aspects of a customer's concern

  • Help customers with bookings, including booking a service, canceling, and rescheduling
  • Assist service providers with questions or issues regarding Work Orders and policy questions
  • Troubleshoot software issues and provide technical support to customers and service providers
  • Work as part of a remote team, utilizing technology to communicate, train, and meet with colleagues
  • Analyze customer emails and provide a thoughtful response that addresses all aspects of a customer's concern
  • Handle incoming phone calls from customers without getting nervous
  • Track multiple issues at the same time
  • Troubleshoot software malfunctions
  • Work efficiently on a remote-based team of co-workers

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or remote setting

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to learn new software and technology quickly
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer-facing role, particularly in the service industry

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and experience using it
  • Experience working with remote teams and utilizing technology to communicate and collaborate
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's platform and services
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
