Responsibilities
As a Chat Support Officer, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through online chat interactions. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing support through online chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner, often requiring research and negotiation to find mutually beneficial outcomes
- Conducting research to find solutions to customer problems, staying up-to-date on our products and services to better assist our clients
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive excellence
- Meeting and exceeding performance metrics for response times and customer satisfaction, continuously improving your knowledge of our products and services to better assist our clients
- Staying adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple interactions simultaneously
Requirements
To succeed as a Chat Support Officer, you'll need:
- At least 3 years of experience in a customer service role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- A hardworking and driven personality, with a strong work ethic and a passion for customer service
- Strong research and negotiation skills, with the ability to find creative solutions to complex customer problems
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
