Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with key clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic / Coverage-Related Kras: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Expand An Intensive Understanding Of The Product: Develop a deep understanding of our advertising solutions, including their strengths, positioning, and content.
  • Expand Thorough Information Of The Industries/Categories: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and identify opportunities to leverage our advertising solutions to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Community, Engage With And Build Sturdy Relationships: Build strong relationships with key clients, including consumer and employer companies, to identify commercial enterprise trends and sales potential.
  • Reveal Idea Partnership: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our clients' advertising needs, marketing campaign performance metrics, and other relevant factors to identify opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Construct A Strategy To Derive Most Revenue: Develop strategies to maximize revenue from our clients, including identifying new business opportunities and leveraging our advertising solutions to meet their needs.
  • Operational / Technique / Generation Related Kras: Create, negotiate, and close deals that maximize rate/market proportion and meet the advertising and marketing targets and expectations of our clients.
  • Map Competition: Identify and analyze the competition, including their income strategy, packages, and clients, to develop strategies to maximize market proportion.
  • Supply Maximum Fee On Deals: Participate with cross-functional teams across the company to execute deals, provide excellent customer service, and review campaign performance.
  • Act As An ‘Account Manager’: Provide dedicated account control to build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Business Development: Identify new clients and develop strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Economic Duty / Industrial Impact: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas, and fulfill CPRP benchmarks and high market percentage.
  • Continuously Discover Possibilities For Added Revenue Sources: Identify opportunities to drive revenue growth through non-FCT avenues, including brand answers.
  • Constantly Attempt To Discover Opportunities To Maximize Sales Possibilities: Continuously identify opportunities to drive revenue growth and maximize sales possibilities.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • MBA Degree Holder: A Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 2+ Years Of Sales Experience: A minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the media and entertainment industry.
  • Enterprise Acumen: A deep understanding of the media and entertainment industry, including its trends, developments, and challenges.
  • Networking And Relationship Building: Excellent networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key clients.
  • Collaboration: Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams across the company.
  • Getting To Know Agility: The ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and priorities.
  • Analytical Wondering: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • End Result Orientation: A strong focus on results, with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
