Job Description
As an Entry Level Live Chat Support Representative, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer experiences for arenaflex's clients. Your primary responsibility will be to respond to customer messages on websites and e-commerce platforms, answering questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts. You'll have access to our clients' accounts and be guided on how to reply to frequently asked questions, ensuring that customers receive timely and accurate support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer messages on websites and e-commerce platforms in a timely and professional manner
- Answer questions, provide sales links, and offer discounts to customers
- Follow provided instructions closely to ensure consistency and accuracy in customer interactions
- Work independently to manage multiple customer conversations simultaneously
- Collaborate with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional support
Skills and Qualifications:
* Must have a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
- Ability to work independently and follow provided instructions closely
- Availability of at least 5 hours per week and a reliable internet connection
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with online platforms
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous customer service experience, either in-person or online
- Familiarity with live chat software and customer support platforms
- Strong typing skills and ability to type 40+ words per minute
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
