Key Responsibilities
As a bilingual customer service representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service support via phone, email, or chat, using a guide to ensure a smooth and efficient experience
- Resolving technical issues and answering customer questions in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining a deep understanding of our clients' products and services, including mobile devices, tablets, computers, and other electronic devices
- Proposing additional products and services to customers
- Providing expert customer experiences with a smile
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Fluency in both French and English
- 1+ year of experience in customer service
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A quiet and distraction-free workspace at home
- Ability to multitask quickly
- Desire to learn new technologies
- Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge of computers
- A desktop or laptop computer for testing purposes (a work computer may be provided, but is not guaranteed)
- High-speed internet (no Wi-Fi, hotspots, or satellite) and a smartphone
