Key Responsibilities

As a bilingual customer service representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service support via phone, email, or chat, using a guide to ensure a smooth and efficient experience
  • Resolving technical issues and answering customer questions in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of our clients' products and services, including mobile devices, tablets, computers, and other electronic devices
  • Proposing additional products and services to customers
  • Providing expert customer experiences with a smile

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in both French and English
  • 1+ year of experience in customer service
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • A quiet and distraction-free workspace at home
  • Ability to multitask quickly
  • Desire to learn new technologies
  • Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge of computers
  • A desktop or laptop computer for testing purposes (a work computer may be provided, but is not guaranteed)
  • High-speed internet (no Wi-Fi, hotspots, or satellite) and a smartphone
