Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Science Manager to join our team. As a key member of our data science organization, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency. This is a full-time, remote work opportunity that requires a strong background in data science, leadership, and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
- Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop data-driven insights
- Design and implement data pipelines, data warehouses, and data visualization tools
- Develop and maintain key relationships with internal and external partners to drive business success
- Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation, encouraging team members to explore new technologies and methodologies
- Develop and manage budgets to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
- Stay up-to-date with industry-leading practices and methodologies, applying them to drive business success
Work Liabilities

- Stay up-to-date with industry-leading practices and methodologies, applying them to drive business success
Essential Capabilities
* Experience with data science and analytics tools, including SQL, R, Python, Succeed, Hadoop, SAS, SPSS, and others
- Profound knowledge of SQL and data modeling
- Experience with open-source data science and analytics tools, including Python, R, Flash, and others
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams
- At least 2 years of experience contributing to financial decisions in a business environment
- At least 2 years of direct management, indirect management, and cross-functional team leadership experience
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state)
Favored Capabilities
* Advanced education in a quantitative, computational, or technical discipline
- Experience communicating at the executive level
