What to Expect as a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at arenaflex
As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing prompt, efficient, and friendly support to our customers. Your primary duties will include:
- Answering incoming phone calls and resolving customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Assisting customers with portal navigation, registration, password resets, and other technical issues
- Documenting calls in detail and providing accurate information utilizing available resources
- Interacting with team members, management, and customers professionally while meeting production targets
- Adhering to client's SLAs and maintaining confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA
What's Required to Succeed in this Role?
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Two or more years of inbound telephone customer service experience
- Proficient in personal computers and applications such as Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, CRM, and OneNote
- Excellent time management, verbal, and written communication skills
- Experience in the healthcare industry with Medicaid knowledge strongly desired
