Job Summary

As a Remote Recruiter for Customer Service, you'll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various customer service positions within our organization. You'll work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely placements. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct full-cycle recruiting for various positions within the organization, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates

• Source and attract candidates using a variety of methods such as job boards, social media, and networking
• Review resumes and applications to determine candidate qualifications and assess their fit for our customer service roles
• Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidate fit and provide feedback to hiring managers
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and provide guidance and support throughout the recruitment process
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed
• Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business field preferred

• Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and maintain a high level of accuracy in work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team, with a strong focus on customer service and employee satisfaction
