Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, stores, and associates. You'll utilize multiple systems to aid in answering questions and resolving issues, while communicating professionally and utilizing all available resources to ensure customer satisfaction. Essential Job Functions

* Handle a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, stores, and associates

• Navigate multiple systems to aid in answering questions and resolving issues
• Communicate professionally in a conversational manner, utilizing all available resources to ensure customer satisfaction
• Exceed customer expectations by being punctual, reliable, and dedicated to making a difference
• Collaborate with team members to achieve customer satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently

Requirements

* Type a minimum of 25 WPM

• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word)
• High school diploma or GED
• Successful completion of mandatory training
• Customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
