Key Responsibilities

As an Assistant Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing and overseeing the transition of housing projects from completion to lease-ready status, ensuring seamless handovers and minimizing delays.
  • Coordinating with various teams to ensure all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date, including property listings, lease agreements, and maintenance records.
  • Handling inquiries and providing support to clients and tenants regarding completed properties, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Monitoring and managing property listings, ensuring all information is current and accurately reflects the property's condition and availability.
  • Assisting in maintaining records and tracking the status of ongoing and completed projects, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.

Qualifications
