Key Responsibilities:

As a Live Chat Representative, you'll be responsible for engaging directly with customers via web-based chat services like Facebook Messenger. Your primary duties will include:

  • Answering customer questions about products, including checking fitment and providing product recommendations
  • Assisting customers in scheduling service appointments
  • Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and escalating concerns when necessary
  • Managing multiple chat conversations simultaneously, ensuring timely and efficient responses
  • Collaborating with our Sales Team to ensure seamless customer experiences

Requirements:
