Experienced Full Stack Live Chat Agent – Customer Support and Relationship Building

As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional live chat support to our clients' customers, helping them navigate our clients' websites, and building strong relationships with new and existing customers.

Responsibilities
As a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
* Evaluating customer interactions and elevating issues to Live Chat Manager when appropriate
* Creating relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs
* Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately
* Promoting interest in client products and services
* Consistently achieving established standards of the position
* Continually portraying and projecting a positive and professional image
* Providing administrative support
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A strong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment
* Keyboarding and internet experience
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal
* An upbeat, positive attitude, and professional demeanor
* Articulate and well-accustomed to a client-facing role
* Ability to compose professional emails

Compensation and Availability
