The Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling inbound and outbound phone calls to educate and answer customer questions about their warranties
• Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as needed
• Working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and informed responses
• Meeting and exceeding performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction

Requirements

* High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred

• 3+ years of experience working in a customer service role with conflict resolution
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus, with exposure to vehicle repair shop procedures and practices, including labor guides and part pricing
