Job Summary

As a freelance Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and resolving issues promptly and efficiently. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience, and you'll have the opportunity to build rewarding relationships and take your independent career to the next level.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond promptly to customers' inquiries, requests, orders, or applications via chat, email, and phone

  • Assist with customer complaints and questions about specific products or services
  • Modify and escalate complaints across multiple communication channels
  • Be the first point of contact and advocate for customers
  • Handle a high volume of customer support requests using empathy to answer questions and troubleshoot problems
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements

* Must be over the age of 18 with a reliable internet connection

  • No prior experience is required, but prior experience is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customers and teams
  • Excellent writing skills and email etiquette
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and requests

Preferred Skills

* 1 year of chat support experience

  • CRM/support tool experience
  • Articulate, personable, and reliable with great writing skills and email etiquette
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
