Customer Service Specialist Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering world-class customer support via various channels, including live chat, email, video, phone, and social media. Your primary objectives will be to:

  • Promptly respond to customer queries, providing timely and accurate solutions to their issues.
  • Escalate serious complaints or issues that require specialized attention, ensuring seamless communication with colleagues and managers.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to find innovative solutions to customer problems, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting enhancements.
  • Maintain a professional, polite, and helpful demeanor at all times, upholding arenaflex's high standards of customer service.
  • Obtain and share customer feedback with colleagues and other departments, driving product and service improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with new products and services, attending workshops and meetings as required.
  • Provide training to new customer service agents, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
  • Respect client confidentiality at all times, adhering to arenaflex's strict data protection policies.

Customer Service Specialist Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

Education:

High school diploma or GED; a Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field is advantageous.

Experience:

Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, with a strong understanding of help desk software (e.g., Zendesk) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce Sales Cloud).

Skills:

+ Excellent time management and organizational skills. + Ability to respond appropriately under pressure. + Sound judgment and excellent problem-solving skills. + Strong written and verbal communication skills. + Ability to speak a second language may be advantageous. + Positive attitude and ability to build relationships with clients. + Flexibility to work irregular hours, when required.
