Key Responsibilities:

* Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems using keyboards, data recorders, or optical scanners

• Type data into our proprietary web application from paper documents provided directly from customers
• Enter data into a proprietary web application
• Verify data by comparing it to source documents
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client data
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure data entry requirements are met
• Meet productivity and quality standards for data entry projects

Requirements:

* Must be over the age of 18 with a reliable internet connection

• No prior experience is required, but prior experience is preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Preferred Skills:

* 1 year of experience as a data entry clerk or in a related field

• Basic understanding of databases and data management systems
• Strong, demonstrated computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Ability to type at least 60 words per minute with a high degree of accuracy
