Job Summary

As a Customer Care Agent at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, working closely with customers to resolve their queries, concerns, and issues. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, live chat, and email. Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, live chat, and email

  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to senior team members
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Availability to work flexible full-time schedules during customer service hours (8 am - 6 pm, Monday - Friday)

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in the lighting industry or a related field

  • Previous experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with social media and online platforms
