Key Responsibilities

  • Answer customer inquiries and respond to their concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Offer promotional discounts and provide helpful resources and information to customers
  • Collaborate with our support team to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center, retail, or hospitality environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in using a computer and navigating software applications
  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
  • Availability to work a minimum of 5 hours per week, with the potential to increase to 40 hours per week

* Experience working in a live chat or customer support environment

  • Knowledge of our products or services

  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
